tkr5237k
Tekno RC 44T Composite Spur Gear – Black, Lightweight Transmission Gear for EB48

Overview

This is the Tekno RC 44 tooth composite spur gear in black, the transmission spur for the EB48 electric buggy. A composite spur runs quieter and lighter than a steel gear, and it is the part you pair with your chosen pinion to set the final drive ratio on your car.

Spur gears are a consumable: a chipped or worn spur introduces noise, lost efficiency and eventually a stripped tooth mid-race, so keeping a spare on the shelf is standard practice. This is the genuine Tekno RC replacement, so tooth profile and fit match the stock EB48 transmission exactly.

Key Features

44 tooth composite spur gear in black

Lightweight, quiet-running composite construction

Direct replacement for the EB48 transmission spur

Precision molded tooth profile for smooth mesh

Genuine Tekno RC replacement part

Performance Benefits

Lower rotating mass than a steel spur of the same size

Quieter drivetrain and smoother power delivery

Fresh teeth restore full drivetrain efficiency

Lets you set final drive ratio by pairing with your pinion choice

Usage Notes

Set gear mesh with a slip of paper between the pinion and spur

Inspect for chipped or rounded teeth after hard runs

Keep the gear clean and free of grit, which accelerates wear

Changing spur tooth count changes your final drive ratio and motor temps

Technical Specs

Brand: Tekno RC

Item No.: TKR5237K

Tooth count: 44T

Material: Composite

Color: Black

Platform: EB48

Country of Origin: Taiwan

What's Included

(1) 44T black composite spur gear

Fitment

Compatible RC vehicles: Tekno RC EB48 electric buggy transmission.

Summary

44 tooth black composite spur gear for the Tekno EB48

Light and quiet alternative to a steel spur

Direct replacement for the stock transmission spur

Genuine Tekno RC part
