Overview
This is the Team Associated TC28 Motor Mount, the factory replacement mount for the TC28 1/28 scale 4WD electric on-road touring car. The TC28 runs a mid-motor layout, and this mount is what locates the motor in the chassis and sets its relationship to the belt drive.
A motor mount has to hold the motor absolutely still while shedding heat and surviving the occasional wall hit. If yours is tweaked or the mounting holes have been stripped, gear mesh and belt tension can never be set properly, and a new mount is the fix.
