Overview
The Carisma M40F is a 1/10 scale front-wheel-drive assembly kit built around a mid-motor layout. It came out of an off-the-chart Carisma R&D program rather than a race class, and the goal was a car that feels different from a conventional 4WD touring chassis rather than one chasing a podium.
It is designed around 190 mm body shells, so the current crop of Honda Civic bodies drops straight on, and it runs standard 24 mm touring tires on 12 mm hexes. As an assembly kit you fit your own motor, ESC, servo, radio and battery, which makes it a straightforward second car alongside electronics and wheels you already own.
