Overview
The Gmade GS02F Spider Portal TS (GM57014) is a highly capable 1/10 scale 4WD rock crawler assembly kit engineered for serious crawling performance and modern scale realism. Built around Gmade's proven GS02F steel ladder-frame platform and equipped with high-clearance GA44P portal axles, the Spider Portal TS delivers a remarkable 79-degree approach angle, dramatically increased ground clearance, and the anti-torque advantages that only portal drivetrains can provide.
An extended 347mm wheelbase keeps the truck planted and stable across rough terrain, while the forward-mounted 540/550 motor and chassis-mounted servo with Panhard bar deliver the steering precision and climbing traction Gmade is known for. The 2-speed HI/LO transmission, overdrive front output, Torque Twist Reduce (TTR) gearing, hardened carbon steel U-joints, and dual slipper clutch combine to provide smooth, stable, and competition-ready power delivery on the toughest trails.
Topping the kit is the distinctive "no-top" Spider lexan body with high-detail accessories — front grille, light bucket, side mirrors, wipers, driver seat, steering wheel, shifter, overfenders, roll cage, and an LED light bar — so you can finish a truly cinematic scale crawler. A front stealth body mount keeps the bodywork clean of unsightly post holes.

Performance Benefits
- Superior obstacle clearance from portal axle geometry
- Reduced torque-twist body roll for stable, predictable crawling
- Tighter steering radius thanks to overdrive front output
- Excellent climbing on steep, tilted terrain from forward weight bias
- Stable, planted feel on rough terrain from extended 347mm wheelbase
- Smooth, consistent damping with oil-filled coil-over shocks
- Fully tunable suspension geometry, ride height, and gearing
- Strong, smooth power delivery with hardened steel U-joints
Usage Notes
Ideal for 1/10 scale technical crawling, trail driving, and scale competition events where ground clearance and climbing capability are at a premium. The kit requires full assembly and is best suited to builders comfortable with hands-on RC projects, including gear meshing, suspension tuning, and electronics installation. Plan time for body painting and accessory installation to take full advantage of the included scale details.
Fitment
Compatible RC vehicles: All 1/10 scale RC vehicles.
