Overview
Keep your HPI VectR4 together with this genuine HPI TP button head screw pack. Each bag holds ten M2x5mm hex socket screws, the self-tapping hardware HPI specifies for its new 1/16 scale 4WD rally platform.
Small screws are easy to strip, lose in the grass or wear out after repeated rebuilds. A fresh pack of the correct size lets you replace damaged hardware with confidence and keep every part fitted the way HPI designed it.
Key Features
- Pack of ten M2x5mm button head screws
- Hex socket drive for positive engagement and less cam-out than Phillips heads
- Self-tapping (TP) thread designed to cut its own thread in plastic parts
- Genuine HPI part for the VectR4 platform
Performance Benefits
- Restores secure clamping after stripped or lost screws
- Correct length avoids bottoming out or poking through parts
- Keeps spare hardware on hand for trackside or bash-session repairs
Usage Notes
- Thread TP screws in gently by hand to follow the existing thread in plastic parts; overtightening can strip the plastic
- Apply thread-locking compound only where a screw threads into metal
- Check the screw size against your manual before installation
