Overview
Replace the flexy plastic steering servo mount on your Traxxas TRX-4 with the Hot Racing CNC 6061-T6 Aluminum Steering Servo Mount. CNC-machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in a clean black anodized coating, this direct-replacement mount holds your steering servo rock-solid to the chassis — exactly what's needed for sharp, repeatable steering response on the trail.
The factory plastic steering servo mount (Traxxas 8239) flexes under cornering loads, allowing the servo to twist and shift slightly in the chassis. That flex compromises every steering input, making the truck feel vague and inconsistent. This aluminum mount eliminates that flex completely, transmitting 100% of your servo's torque to the steering linkage.
