Overview
Stop wheelies from going wrong on your Traxxas 1/16 vehicle with the Hot Racing Aluminum Spring-Loaded Wheelie Bar with Skid Plate. CNC-machined from solid aluminum and finished in a clean two-tone silver and black anodized coating, this two-tire wheelie bar features a spring-loaded suspension and an integrated skid plate — keeping your truck pointed forward when high-power acceleration tries to send it skyward.
The dual rubber tires roll smoothly when contact is made, while the spring-loaded design absorbs landing impacts to protect both the wheelie bar and your chassis. The integrated aluminum skid plate adds extra protection on hard landings, making this one of the most complete wheelie-bar solutions available for Traxxas 1/16 platforms.
Key Features
- CNC-machined aluminum construction
- Two-tone silver and black anodized finish
- Spring-loaded suspension absorbs landing impacts
- Two rubber tires roll smoothly on contact
- Integrated aluminum skid plate for added protection
Performance Benefits
- Prevents the chassis from flipping over backwards under hard acceleration
- Spring-loaded design protects wheelie bar from hard impacts
- Skid plate adds chassis protection on landings
- Aluminum construction outlasts plastic stock wheelie bars
- Improved drag-strip and acceleration consistency
Usage Notes
Apply removable thread-locker on screws threading into metal during installation. Verify proper wheelie bar height adjustment for your specific vehicle and surface — too low and the bar drags; too high and it won't engage in time. Inspect tires periodically and replace if worn flat.
