Overview
The RPM Rear A-Arms for the Team Associated MT8 are designed to significantly improve durability over stock A-arms. RPM increased the material surrounding the inner hinge pins by 7% and increased the width of that thicker diameter by nearly 40%. The outer hinge pins received a 28% material increase with 9% more width.
The support beams got beefier too. Stock A-arms are roughly 1/2" (12.7mm) thick at their peak but taper down on both ends, losing nearly 30% thickness at the outer hinge pins. RPM A-arms maintain a full 1/2" (12.7mm) over nearly their entire length, tapering only slightly at the inner hinge pins. To compensate, RPM uses four massive support beams instead of two, making these the toughest MT8 A-arms available.
