Overview
The Tamiya 1/10 RC The Falcon (2026) is a limited-edition re-release of the classic 2WD off-road buggy that first appeared in 1986. The kit keeps the original look, with a 0.7mm clear polycarbonate body, large rear wing and updated stickers that retain the spirit of the original graphics.
For this release Tamiya updated the kit for reliability and basic performance: assembly universal drive shafts prevent the rear driveshafts from dropping out of the trailing arms, and full ball bearings are included for an efficient driveline. The kit comes with an ESC and a 540-type brushed motor.
The chassis uses a plastic bathtub frame with polycarbonate suspension arms and bulkhead, double-wishbone front suspension, trailing-arm rear suspension and CVA oil dampers at both ends.
