Overview
The Tamiya Peugeot 306 Maxi brings one of the most iconic front-wheel-drive rally cars of the 1990s to 1/10 scale RC form. Based on the FF hatchback Peugeot 306, the full-size Peugeot 306 Maxi was developed with dedicated components specifically for rallying, featuring a 2.0-liter naturally-aspirated engine capable of producing an impressive 280hp. The car's aggressive styling includes enlarged fenders, a distinctive roof spoiler, and a lightweight body that helped it dominate the rally stages of its era.
This R/C model assembly kit faithfully recreates the championship-winning rally machine that secured victories in the 1996 and 1997 French rally championships, claimed the class championship at the 1996 Monte Carlo Rally, and achieved third place finishes in the 5th and 6th rounds of the 1997 World Rally Championship. The Tamiya original livery stickers allow you to create a striking team car appearance, while the polycarbonate body accurately captures the wide-body stance and aerodynamic details that made this car a legend.
