Overview
This is a limited-edition Halloween version of Tamiya's beginner-friendly Trail Mini 4WD on the EZ Chassis. It has a purple body inspired by UTVs (Utility Task Vehicles), with a pre-painted and assembled jack-o'-lantern figure seated in the roll-cage cockpit.
The EZ Chassis snaps together with a small number of parts and needs no screws or cement. Trail Mini 4WD cars are built for torque rather than speed. A double-shaft motor and 50:1 gear ratio let the car climb steep inclines at about walking pace, so it can be run on the floor or outdoors without a track or tuning. The clear orange chassis shows the 4WD drivetrain, and the car rolls on purple dish wheels with orange spike tires.
